Responsibilities

• Supervise daily housekeeping operations in the absence of the Executive Housekeeper.
• Lead, coach, and motivate team members to deliver exceptional service and maintain luxury standards.
• Inspect guest rooms, public spaces, and facilities for cleanliness and brand compliance.
• Assist with scheduling, performance coaching, training, and onboarding.
• Support recruitment and interview processes for new team members.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and service recovery opportunities.
• Oversee Lost & Found procedures and department documentation.
• Monitor inventory and assist with ordering supplies and equipment.
• Ensure safety standards, chemical handling, and company policies are followed.
• Identify maintenance needs and communicate with relevant departments.
• Maintain accurate daily reports and department records.
• Support the team by assisting with cleaning as needed.

As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you'll support the Executive Housekeeper by leading daily housekeeping operations, coaching and developing team members, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, and fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and genuine hospitality.

This is a full-time position that requires open availability, including nights, weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts. Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check and a physical fitness test.

Job Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Supervise the daily operations of the housekeeping department in the absence of the Executive Housekeeper.
• Lead, coach, and motivate housekeeping team members to deliver exceptional service and maintain luxury hospitality standards.
• Inspect guest rooms, public spaces, employee areas, and facilities to ensure cleanliness, presentation, and compliance with brand standards.
• Assist with scheduling, performance coaching, training, and onboarding of new housekeeping associates.
• Help recruit and interview new team members.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and service recovery opportunities.
• Oversee Lost & Found procedures and department documentation.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering housekeeping supplies and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, chemical handling procedures, and company policies.
• Identify maintenance issues and communicate repair needs to the appropriate departments.
• Maintain accurate daily reports and department records.
• Work alongside the housekeeping team by cleaning guest rooms and public areas as needed to support business demands.
