What You’ll Be Steering: Supervise daily housekeeping operations—guest rooms, public areas, and laundry services included️ Lead, coach, and motivate your crew to deliver consistently top-tier cleanliness and service Conduct room and property inspections to ensure everything meets Margaritaville's high standards Partner with other departments to deliver a seamless guest experience Manage inventory of supplies and equipment, making sure your team is always ready️ Assist in scheduling shifts and staffing to meet guest needs Address guest concerns with professionalism and a dose of hospitality sunshine Uphold health, safety, and sanitation standards in all areas

What You Bring to the Island:

• A sharp eye for detail and high standards for cleanliness

• Previous housekeeping leadership experience

• A friendly, can-do attitude and excellent communication skills

Qualifications

• 2 years experience in a housekeeping or cleaning role required
• Proven supervisory or leadership experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; bilingual a plus
• Read, write and speak English fluently.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness
• Proficiency with housekeeping software and systems
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
