Job summary

Concord is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to guide the housekeeping, laundry, and houseperson teams to uphold quality and standards. You will inspect rooms and public areas for cleanliness and brand compliance, train staff, and lead daily operations to ensure guest-ready spaces.

The role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining guest satisfaction. A flexible schedule including weekends and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• Prior housekeeping or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and leadership skills.
• Ability to train, motivate, and support a team.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Physical ability to assist with cleaning tasks and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
