Job summary

Canad Inns is seeking a dependable Housekeeping Supervisor to lead the housekeeping department, ensuring rooms and public areas meet hotel standards and guest expectations. You will supervise staff, assign duties, inspect spaces, train team members, and coordinate with front desk to ensure timely room readiness.

This hands-on role requires prior housekeeping or hospitality experience, a track record in supervision, and a focus on detail and cleanliness.

• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform physical housekeeping duties as needed.

• Report maintenance issues and other concerns to the appropriate department.
• Help create a positive, professional, and team-oriented work environment.
• Assist with cleaning rooms and other housekeeping duties when needed.
• Follow all hotel safety, sanitation, and guest-service standards.

The Housekeeping Supervisor will help lead the housekeeping department, maintain high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction, and ensure rooms and common areas are consistently prepared to hotel standards.

Starting pay: $21.00/hour
