Position Summary: The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that the standards of cleanliness are met.

Essential Job Functions

1. Greeting guests and responding to requests
2. Maintaining a healthy and safe environment in guest rooms
3. Assigning tasks and inspecting work to ensure standards
4. Providing training for team members
5. Supervising the department's operations
6. Inventory management and timely supply ordering
7. Investigating complaints and taking corrective actions
8. Changing bed linens and making beds
9. Replacing towels and amenities
10. Cleaning floors, carpets, furniture, and public areas
11. Reporting technical issues and maintenance needs
12. Updating guest room status and restocking supplies
13. Following health and safety protocols
14. Participating in meetings and guest interactions

Qualifications

1. High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
2. Experience in customer service and cleaning in guest-focused environments
3. Hospitality industry experience preferred
4. Supervisory experience preferred
5. Effective communication skills
6. Ability to multitask and work under pressure

Physical Requirements: Frequent standing and movement, handling objects, occasional pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Must communicate effectively and observe details closely.
