Pay: $22/hour

Role Overview

The purpose of a Housekeeping Supervisor is to oversee housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms and public areas meet cleanliness and quality standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Supervise housekeeping staff, including inspecting, training, and ensuring standards are met.
• Communicate openly, provide training, coaching, and performance feedback.
• Monitor and maintain housekeeping equipment for safety and efficiency.
• Assess inventory, assign, inspect, and report on room status.
• Ensure stock rooms and carts are properly supplied.
• Record work data and prepare reports.
• Inspect rooms as needed based on occupancy and staffing.
• Support the Executive Housekeeper with incentive programs and guest satisfaction goals.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements

• High school diploma not required.
• Up to one month of related experience or training, or equivalent.

Work Environment

• Ability to stand for long periods (up to 8 hours).
• Attention to detail, speed, accuracy, and minimal supervision.
• Physical ability to exert effort, including lifting up to 30 lbs.
