Danville Regional Rehabilitation is hiring a Housekeeping/Laundry Supervisor

What will you do and how will you make a difference?
  1. Provide care and compassion to patients, making a positive impact in their lives.
  2. Collaborate with team members and assist in onboarding new staff.
  3. Supervise employees in housekeeping, laundry, and maintenance departments.
  4. Conduct rounds to ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper condition of resident areas.
  5. Manage supplies, linens, and chemicals to operate efficiently within budget.
  6. Perform cleaning duties in various facility areas including rooms, hallways, and common areas.

Minimum requirements
  • Demonstrate C.A.R.E. values to residents, families, and staff.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 3-5 years of experience in maintenance or environmental services.
  • Preferred: 3-5 years in a healthcare facility.
