Job summary

Focus Senior Living in Utica, NY is seeking a hands-on Housekeeping Supervisor to lead the Housekeeping & Laundry teams, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, safety, and resident comfort in daily operations.

You will guide staff, coordinate scheduling, monitor equipment, and participate in staff development to maintain a pristine, safe facility for residents and staff alike.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Course in institutional housekeeping management is preferred.
• Strong work ethic, initiative and customer service focus.
• Excellent communication skills written and oral.
• Understanding of budgeting processes and P&L concepts; strong organizational skills.
• Strong management and leadership abilities are required.

Responsibilities
