Grand Bohemian Charleston, Autograph Collection, a luxury boutique hotel in Charleston's historic district, invites applications for a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead daily housekeeping operations and ensure pristine cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

You will supervise a dedicated team, perform inspections, and collaborate with other departments to meet guest expectations. Fluency in English is required, bilingual skills are a plus, and a flexible schedule is needed.

Qualifications

6 months experience in a housekeeping or cleaning role.
Proven supervisory or leadership experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; bilingual a plus.
Read, write and speak English fluently.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
Proficiency with housekeeping software and systems.
Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Supervise and coordinate housekeeping activities, including room cleaning, public area maintenance, and laundry operations
Train, motivate, and mentor the housekeeping team to deliver exceptional service
Conduct inspections to ensure adherence to cleanliness and quality standards

Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
Assist in scheduling and coordinating staff shifts
