21c Museum Hotels is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor in Bentonville, AR. The role oversees Room Attendants, Turndown Attendants, and Housepersons, ensuring top cleanliness and guest comfort. Availability on weekends and holidays is required.
You will lead, train, and coach staff, assign duties, monitor inventory, and coordinate with Front Desk and Engineering to resolve guest concerns while maintaining cost efficiency.

Reports To: Executive Housekeeper or Housekeeping Manager
General Purpose: The Housekeeping Supervisor ensures that the daily duties of the staff are completed to the highest standards of cleanliness and guest comfort.
Specific Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
Working knowledge of housekeeping and hotel services, policies and operations.
Demonstrated supervisory experience and skills.
Must pass a background check.
Education/Formal Training
High school education or equivalent experience
Experience:
One to two years in a related position with this company or other similar.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to bend down and get on and off floor numerous times per day.
