Apploi is seeking an experienced floor technician to join our skilled nursing facility team in Midlothian, Virginia. You will help keep resident rooms clean, manage interior and exterior areas, and support daily operations under supervision.

We offer flexible pay options including On-Demand Pay and Weekly Pay, generous PTO, tuition assistance, and a supportive, family-like environment recognized as one of America’s Most Admired Workplaces for 2026. Full-time, 7:00a–3:00p, $15–$16 per hour.

Formación

• Must be currently enrolled in a high school program or have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have related experience at a level necessary to accomplish the job.
• Previous floor technician experience strongly preferred.

Position Summary:

The primary purpose of your job is to clean resident rooms and other interior/exterior community areas, provide efficient laundry delivery services, and assist in maintaining a positive physical environment for the residents under the direction of the supervisor. Follows all health, sanitary and infection control policies and maintains established standards of practice set forth by the community’s administration and Housekeeping Policies and Procedures.

Education/Qualifications:

• Must be currently enrolled in a high school program or have a high school diploma or equivalent.




• Must have related experience at a level necessary to accomplish the job.




• Previous floor technician experience strongly preferred.

Shift and Wage:

• Full-Time Opportunity Available




• Shifts Needed: 7:00a - 3:00p




• Wage: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
