Job summary

Vacatia, Inc. is seeking a dependable Housekeeping Specialist to maintain clean, safe, and welcoming public spaces, offices, restrooms, and common areas at our Kissimmee Sales Center.

You will clean, dust, mop, and sanitize, restock supplies, and respond quickly to spills, ensuring a comfortable environment for guests and team members.

This role requires attention to detail, punctuality, and the ability to work independently, including weekends and holidays based on business needs.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping, janitorial, custodial, or commercial cleaning experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in high cleanliness standards.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.

• Ability to communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain offices, restrooms, common areas, and public spaces.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and care for floors throughout assigned areas.
• Dust and wipe down furniture, fixtures, countertops, doors, and other surfaces.
• Empty trash and recycling and replace liners.
• Clean, sanitize, and restock restrooms.
• Clean glass, windows, doors, and high-touch surfaces.
• Keep breakrooms and employee common areas clean and organized.
• Monitor and replenish cleaning and restroom supplies.
• Respond quickly to spills and other cleaning needs.
• Safely use and store cleaning products, chemicals, and equipment.
• Report maintenance concerns, safety hazards, or damaged equipment.
• Maintain organized cleaning equipment and storage areas.
• Assist with special cleaning projects as needed.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining clean, safe, and welcoming public areas, offices, restrooms, and common spaces.
