Job summary

HEI Hotels and Resorts is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee guest room cleaning, public areas, and back-of-house operations at a Westin property in Pasadena. You will lead housekeeping staff, respond to guest requests, and ensure strict health and safety standards are maintained.

The role requires lifting up to 100 lbs, strong communication skills, and reliable attendance. This position offers full-time hours and benefits in a hospitality-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Housekeeping experience preferred.
• Ability to grasp, lift up to 100 lbs and move around the building.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with guests and staff.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and inspect cleaning of guest rooms, turndown service, public areas and back of the house to ensure cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
• Review special requests and areas of concentration for smooth housekeeping operations.
• Issue supplies to staff at shift start to control inventory and costs.
• Respond to guest requests and concerns to ensure satisfaction.
• Log items in Lost and Found and respond to inquiries to maintain controls.
• Implement emergency training and procedures to protect guests, staff and assets.
• Attend to attendance and be available to work on schedule.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
