LTD Hospitality Group has an immediate opening for you to join our team as a Housekeeper/Room Attendant.

As a Housekeeper with LTD, you will make a difference in the lives of people every day by ensuring our guest's home away from home is clean, welcoming, and comfortable.

We will train you as you begin an exciting career with opportunities to thrive within LTD's growing portfolio of properties.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys exceeding guest expectations and has attention to detail. The Room Attendant will be responsible for cleaning, arranging, and supplying guest rooms in an assigned section.

1. Clean and prepare rooms for new and current guests, including fixtures, walls, furniture, windows, floors, and kitchen areas.
2. Replenish supplies such as glasses and writing materials.
3. Tidy guest rooms as needed.
4. Participate in the general clean program by changing bedding and mattress pads every 60 days or to standard.
5. Complete daily room projects like thresholds and patios.
6. Assist in carpet care by spot cleaning carpets during room cleaning.
7. Maintain a clean and organized housekeeping cart.
8. Report discrepancies beyond housekeeping scope to the Engineering Department.
9. Help keep other hotel areas clean and orderly, including staff lounges and back-of-house areas.
10. Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries.
11. Maintain high standards as per Self-Inspection guidelines.
12. Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

• Knowledge of emergency procedures.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to lift luggage or furniture up to 30 lbs.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays.
