Hyatt Lakehouse in Lake Nona (Orlando area) seeks a diligent Housekeeper | Room Attendant to maintain pristine guest rooms and public spaces.

You will replenish supplies, change linens, clean bathrooms, report maintenance, and collaborate with a friendly team to deliver exceptional hospitality. This role offers benefits including health/dental/vision, 401K, complimentary room nights, and paid holidays.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate a true desire to deliver exceptional service in maintaining guest room cleanliness.

Organization - KPMG Lakehouse

KPMG Lakehouse boasts 800 single king bed sleeping rooms, over 100,000 square feet of multi-purpose meeting space, along with 4 unique food and beverage venues including a 500+ seat three meal venue that features 8 diverse culinary experiences. All 800 rooms within the facility are king bed/single occupancy.

Housekeeper | Room Attendant

The Housekeeper | Room Attendant is responsible for the cleanliness of the participant rooms within the facility. This includes:

• Replenishing supplies and equipment as needed
• Changing bed linens and making beds in guest rooms
• Cleaning and restocking guest room bathrooms
• Ensuring all assigned rooms and cleaned appropriately during scheduled hours
• Reporting necessary maintenance items as needed

• Ability to professionally communicate with facility participants and colleagues
• The ideal candidate for this position will display empathy in all interactions with colleagues and participants
• Ability to lift, pull, and push a moderate weight for the duration of shift

• Able to walk and stand throughout duration of shift
• Willingness to assist in other housekeeping areas as needed and work as part of a team
