Housekeeping Room Attendant - 1st Shift - Full Time

Join AHC Hospitality as a Housekeeping Room Attendant - 1st Shift - Full Time.

Position Details:

• Full-time, 1st shift hours, weekend availability required
• Base pay range: $17.00/hr

Responsibilities:

• Achieve a 96% quality standard in guest room cleanliness
• Meet service standards for a 4-diamond property
• Complete 12-16 dirty rooms per shift, including showers, tubs, toilets, and beds
• Use various chemicals safely
• Work independently following supervisor instructions
• Ensure guest satisfaction through quality cleaning

Job Functions:

• Clean guest rooms following a 47-step training outline
• Maintain cleaning pace: 36 min/checkout, 25 min/stayover
• Deliver guest requests within 15 minutes
• Report maintenance issues
• Communicate effectively with team members

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
