We greatly value our Housekeeping Room Attendants. And why not? They make the first impression, have the longest-lasting impact and greatly influence the total guest experience. LodgeWorks Housekeeping Room Attendants are responsible for continuing the hotel’s efforts to deliver outstanding service by cleaning guest rooms and responding to guest requests.
To put it simply: The primary responsibility of a Housekeeping Room Attendant is to deliver and exceed guest expectations, clean and style hotel rooms and public areas to brand standards, promptly address guest requests and work collaboratively to resolve guest challenges.
