Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms to brand standards, including beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms
• Replenish amenities, towels, and linens with care and consistency
• Report maintenance issues promptly to engineering or management
• Ensure carts, closets, and storage areas are clean, stocked, and organized
• Follow safety and sanitation protocols, including handling chemicals and linens properly
• Assist with deep cleaning projects and room turns as needed
• Provide friendly, respectful service to guests and respond to requests urgently
