The Housekeeper is responsible for cleaning and maintaining various public areas inside the hotel, delivering amenities and requested items to guests, facilitating the cleaning of guest rooms, and handling laundry and housekeeping projects.

Responsibilities

• Approach all encounters with guests and employees in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
• Comply with company, hotel, and brand standards to ensure safe and efficient hotel operations.
• Thoroughly clean and maintain guest rooms according to standards, including vacuuming carpets, changing linens, polishing mirrors, and cleaning sinks, toilets, tubs, shower walls, curtains, and floors.
• Complete all stocking and organizational duties, including stocking guest supplies, cleaning supplies, and linens for housekeeping carts.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred.
• Ability to stand and walk for 8 hours a day and lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to follow verbal directions and complete tasks on schedule.
