Responsible for cleaning and maintaining guest room areas according to company procedures, ensuring standards are met or exceeded.

Essential Job Functions

• Stocks housekeeping carts with necessary cleaning supplies and amenities for each room.
• Knocks and observes proper procedures before entering guest rooms.
• Cleans assigned guest rooms, ensuring amenities are stocked and checklist is completed.
• Marks rooms as clean for supervisor inspection.
• Reports damages or hazards in guest rooms, such as broken furniture or lights.
• Secures guest room doors upon exit.
• Keeps corridors and service areas tidy.
• Returns lost and found items and guest keys.
• Adheres to all company policies, safety, and security procedures.
• Knows fire prevention and emergency protocols.
• Uses protective equipment as required.
• Reports unsafe conditions, accidents, injuries, or property damage.
• Maintains a neat, clean, and professional appearance as per the employee handbook.
• Performs additional duties as assigned by management.
• Assists colleagues as needed.

• Ability to bend, reach, dust, and make beds/bathrooms.
• Stand and walk for extended periods.
