Essential Job Functions

1. Stock housekeeping carts with necessary cleaning supplies and amenities.
2. Observe knocking procedures before entering guest rooms.
3. Clean assigned guest rooms, ensuring amenities are stocked, and complete the housekeeping checklist.
4. Mark cleaned rooms for supervisor inspection.
5. Report damages or hazards in guest rooms.
6. Secure guest room doors upon exit.
7. Keep hallways and service areas tidy.
8. Return lost items and guest room keys.
9. Follow all company policies and safety procedures.
10. Know fire prevention and emergency procedures.
11. Use protective equipment appropriately.
12. Report unsafe conditions, accidents, injuries, or damages.
13. Maintain a neat, clean, and professional appearance.
14. Perform additional duties as assigned.
15. Assist other housekeeping staff as needed.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Ability to bend, reach, dust, and make beds and bathrooms.
