What will you be doing?

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of guest rooms and public areas. This position requires a strong commitment to providing exceptional service and ensuring a welcoming environment for our guests.

Responsibilities

Housekeeping Room Attendantresponsibilities include, but are not limited to;

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas, to meet established cleanliness standards.
• Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as needed to ensure guest comfort.
• Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and surfaces to maintain a tidy appearance.
• Vacuum carpets and perform floor care duties in guest rooms and hallways.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the housekeeping management team promptly.
• Restock cleaning supplies and ensure all equipment is in good working condition.
• Assist with special cleaning projects as required by management or during peak periods.
• Uphold the highest standards of hospitality by responding promptly to guest requests and inquiries.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in custodial or industrial cleaning preferred, particularly within hotel or hospitality settings.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of housekeeping management practices is a plus.
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• A positive attitude and strong communication skills are essential for interacting with guests and team members.
