Description

We are seeking a dedicated housekeeper to ensure guest satisfaction during their stay. Responsibilities include cleaning guest rooms, restrooms, and common areas, making beds, doing laundry, ironing sheets, and other general cleaning duties as assigned. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about cleaning, a team player, and highly organized.

Responsibilities

• Vacuum, mop, make beds, dust and polish furniture, stock rooms with toiletries, and do laundry as needed.
• Ensure guest rooms are clean and tidy according to our hotel standards before guest arrival.
• Respond to guest questions during their stay.
• Document rooms cleaned, report lost and found items, and report any damages or repairs needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of common areas such as hallways, restrooms, and the lobby.

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic with excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• Experience with various cleaning products and techniques.
• High school diploma or equivalent certification.
• At least 1 year of experience as a professional housekeeper or similar role.

Compensation

$14 hourly
