Hilton Austin Airport is seeking a Housekeeping Room Attendant to maintain guest rooms and public areas to Hilton standards. You will clean, restock supplies, and report issues to ensure a welcoming environment for guests.

Responsibilities include making beds, sanitizing baths, replenishing linens, and maintaining cart cleanliness, with emphasis on safety and guest satisfaction. Flexible availability, including weekends, is required; English proficiency is essential.

Qualifications

• Prior housekeeping or hotel experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs. for extended periods.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English (Spanish a plus).

The Housekeeping Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining guest rooms and public areas in a clean, orderly, and welcoming condition. This role directly impacts guest satisfaction by ensuring rooms meet Hilton brand standards and exceed guest expectations. Our Housekeeping team plays a vital role in upholding Hilton’s high standards of cleanliness, comfort, and service excellence.

Who We Are:

The recently refreshed Hilton is located in the historic Air Force command building right on Austin-Bergstrom International Airport property. We are proud to be Austin's gateway full-service hotel. The hotel is managed by Pittsburgh, PA based Prospera Hospitality, with over 20 years of property management experience in hotels, restaurants, and convention centers.
