Hilton Austin Airport is seeking a Housekeeping Room Attendant to maintain guest rooms and public areas to Hilton standards, ensuring a welcoming, spotless environment for guests. You will clean rooms, restock supplies, report maintenance issues, and support the team to deliver exceptional service.

Candidates should be detail‑oriented, able to stand, walk, and lift up to 30 lbs, and possess good English communication (Spanish a plus). Weekend and holiday availability is preferred.

Qualifications

• Prior housekeeping or hotel experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 30 lbs. for extended periods.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English (Spanish a plus).

• Respond courteously to guest requests and communicate professionally with team members.

Housekeeping Room Attendant

The Housekeeping Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining guest rooms and public areas in a clean, orderly, and welcoming condition. This role directly impacts guest satisfaction by ensuring rooms meet Hilton brand standards and exceed guest expectations. At Hilton Austin Airport, we take pride in delivering exceptional hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences. Our Housekeeping team plays a vital role in upholding Hilton’s high standards of cleanliness, comfort, and service excellence.

Who We Are

The recently refreshed Hilton is located in the historic Air Force command building right on Austin-Bergstrom International Airport property. We are proud to be Austin's gateway full-service hotel. The hotel is managed by Pittsburgh, PA based Prospera Hospitality, with over 20 years of property management experience in hotels, restaurants, and convention centers.

Essential Job Functions
