MasterCorp, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to join our hospitality-focused team in Las Vegas. You will maintain clean resort property units, meet quality standards, and support guest satisfaction with timely turnover and attentive service.

Responsibilities include cleaning, reporting issues, and upholding safety, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency. We offer paid training, immediate hire, and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in housekeeping preferred, but not required.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds (with or without accommodation).
• Ability to make decisions.
• Planning and scheduling capabilities.
• Ability to read, write and do basic math.
• Personal timeliness be prompt with all assignments.
• A passion for cleanliness.
• Strong work ethic.
• Ability to learn and change behavior.
• Work irregular hours.

Responsabilités

• Maintain a high standard of excellence.
• Strip units of soiled linens.
• Remove trash from units.
• Clean units including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living rooms, closets, and decks.
• Report clean units as vacant and ready for inspection.
• Report unit maintenance issues as per company procedure.
• Report damaged, dirty or stained carpets, drapes, furniture, and linens.
• Report missing inventory and supplies to Supervisor.
• Perform weekly guest services cleans as directed.
• Attend training sessions and perform practical application of training.
• Ensure a safe working environment.
• Assist in solving guest complaints promptly.
• Maintain a high sense of urgency so units are turned on time.
