Drury Plaza Hotel Richardson is hiring immediately for full-time and part-time housekeepers. Starting at $17.25 per hour, with quarterly bonuses up to $3,200 annually based on hotel results. Benefits include health/dental/vision, life insurance, and 401(k) with company match.

You will clean guest rooms, maintain a welcoming environment, and support guests with services and information. Weekend shifts may be required; accommodation and room nights are part of hotel discounts offered.

Qualifications

• No previous cleaning experience required.
• Education equivalent to 2 years of high school.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and positive environment for guests and team members.
• Ensure exceptional experiences and positive interactions with guests.
• Perform hotel cleaning tasks to keep rooms clean according to standards.
• Visually inspect rooms to identify maintenance needs.
• Assist guests by providing bedding, towels, amenities, or information.
• Provide excellent service with a friendly, courteous attitude (Service +1).
