The Club at Quail Ridge is seeking a friendly and dependable Housekeeping Pool Attendant for seasonal full-time work October through May. The role includes cleaning and organizing pool areas, rest stops, and ensuring high standards of hospitality for our members.

Responsibilities include daily cleaning, maintaining 26 pool areas, restocking supplies, and reporting any maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work a flexible schedule.

• Maintain cleanliness in all 26 pool related areas.
• Empty garbage in all common pool areas and golf rest stops.
• Refill cups, towels, and paper goods; assist with maintenance of pool/golf areas.
• Report maintenance or safety issues to Supervisor immediately.
• Assist with other related pool duties as directed.

Join our team and help clean and organize pool areas/rest stops for our members. We're looking for a friendly, dependable, and service-oriented team member who takes pride in providing exceptional hospitality. We're looking for a high-energy, service-oriented Housekeeper Pool Attendantwith previous housekeeping or cleaning experience

To provide the highest quality cleaning housekeeping/pool service to our members and guests, while maintaining high service standards.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Perform daily scheduled cleaning services, including a variety of cleaning functions/requests as assigned by Manager
• Maintain cleanliness in all 26 pool related areas
• Empty garbage in all common areas of pools and golf rest stops
• Refill all cups, paper towels, toilet paper, and paper goods
• Maintain cleaning and maintenance of all pool/golf areas
• Duties include collecting trash, scrubbing sinks, toilets, BBQ grills, etc...
• Perform routine cleaning of bathroom facilities
• Daily collection and disposal of garbage
• Report any maintenance/cleaning deficiencies to Supervisor, immediately
• Report all safety and security issues to Supervisor, immediately
• Communicate with Supervisor to ensure all guest/member requests are addressed
• Understand and strive toward the goals of the Quail Ridge Mission Statement
• Assist with other related pool duties and/or other assigned tasks as directed by Supervisor
• Ability to reach, bend, stoop, stand and push, pull and lift items weighing up to 50 lbs
• Perform other functions as assigned by management

Knowledge Skills and Abilities

• Previous experience in private housekeeping environment preferred
• Ability to reach, bend, stoop, stand and push, pull and lift items weighing up to 50 lbs
• Must be high energy, guest service oriented and able to ensure our guests/members are handled with the utmost courtesy and professionalism
• Must have the ability to effectively communicate with guest/members and co-workers
• Able to work a flexible schedule as needed
• Utilize gas powered or electric utility vehicle
• Utilize all-purpose cleaners, bleach, disinfectant, stain removers, and other related general cleaning products
• Utilize Commercial lawn equipment- leaf blower
• Adhere to Quail Ridge dress and grooming standards
• Proper use of all company equipment and vehicles
• Adhere to all posted traffic signs and speed limits
• Adhere to Quail Ridge emergency procedures

Education and experience

• Previous cleaning experience preferred
