Job summary

Clany Eco, LLC is seeking an Executive Housekeeper to lead and inspire our housekeeping staff across multiple active markets in New York. You will supervise personnel, coordinate with the General Manager, and ensure pristine guest rooms and public areas, maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include scheduling, hiring, training, and supervising staff, inspecting rooms, reporting maintenance deficiencies, and ensuring security of key cards.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.
• Effective written and spoken communication.
• Must be organized, honest, and able to work with others.
• Ability to bend, reach, kneel, push, lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise housekeeping and laundry staff across markets.
• Coordinate with the General Manager and ensure clean, well-maintained guest rooms and public areas.
• Schedule staff according to occupancy forecasts and brand standards.
• Hire, train, and evaluate housekeeping personnel.
• Inspect rooms and public areas for cleanliness and report deficiencies to maintenance.
• Ensure security of key cards and proper reporting of incidents.
