Job summary

Aramark is seeking an Assistant Housekeeping Manager to support daily operations of the Housekeeping Department. You will ensure guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas meet brand and quality standards while supporting the Director of Housekeeping.

The role requires strong leadership, professionalism, and the ability to stay composed in a fast-paced environment, guiding a team with attention to detail and a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Education: high school diploma or hospitality degree preferred.
• Previous management experience required.
• Working knowledge of housekeeping procedures, cleaning standards, and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations, including room assignments and workload distribution.
• Support the Director of Housekeeping and implement department processes.
• Lead and mentor Room Attendants, Housepersons, and Laundry staff; provide coaching and training.
