Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Previous custodial experience.

• Must follow basic safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Schedules and assigns daily work to a custodial team.
• Oversees completion of tasks and ensures quality of work.
• Partners with department leadership to address performance issues.
• Participates in training of new employees and retraining as needed.
• Cleans assigned areas to meet Aramark and client standards.
• Maintains a clean, safe work environment and mitigates hazards.
• Cleans and maintains housekeeping equipment.
• Follows procedures for trash storage and disposal and transports waste appropriately.
• Reports maintenance concerns via work orders to the right personnel.
• Adheres to safety and Aramark regulations to ensure a safe workplace.
• Ensures security of assets and storage areas by managing access.
