Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Housekeeping Coordinator to oversee daily housekeeping operations, coordinate schedule, supervise staff, and ensure top service quality at a resort location in the Napa area.

This role requires strong leadership, excellent guest communication, and strict adherence to safety and regulatory standards. We offer comprehensive health and welfare benefits for associates working 30+ hours per week.

Qualifications

Demonstrated understanding of management approaches for work direction, motivation, performance management.
Provide highest level of customer service to current and prospective owners to maintain brand image.
Professional appearance and excellent communication skills in dealing with guests and associates.
Ability to keep sensitive information confidential.
Demonstrate analytical ability to grasp numbers and understand their impact.

Responsibilities

Organize the daily housekeeping operations, schedule, supervise, and train housekeeping staff.
Generate various operational reports for the Housekeeping department.
Perform inspections and maintain OSHA and GHS regulations.
