Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise Avenue Housekeeping staff to ensure effective manpower use.
• Respond to customer requests courteously according to procedure.
• Manage and complete special projects and events.
• Maintain supplies and equipment within Inventory Control System.
• Maintain timely record keeping with inspections and reports.
• Recommend hiring/termination and resolve internal issues.
• Perform housekeeping duties as needed due to shortages.
