A luxury hotel in Asheville, North Carolina is seeking a Housekeeping Coordinator to oversee daily operations and manage staff assignments. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and strong computer abilities. Responsibilities include dispatching work tickets, maintaining department organization, and ensuring guest satisfaction through effective communication.

Coordinate the work assignments for housekeeping staff including but not limited to room attendants, housemen, lobby and turndown attendants, each day and answering guest and associate calls and dispatching work tickets appropriately. Responsible for the day to day office operations for the housekeeping department. Swing Shift schedule of 2 days 1st shift and 3 days 2nd shift.
