Hilton Signia by Hilton Indianapolis is seeking an experienced Housekeeping Manager to join our opening team. Lead the housekeeping operation, recruit and develop a high-performing team, and establish the elevated standards of cleanliness and service our guests expect.

As a salaried position, you will oversee daily activities, budgeting, and inspections to ensure exceptional guest experiences from day one.

Job Description Be part of the highly anticipated opening of Signia by Hilton Indianapolis and help shape the guest experience from day one! We are building our Housekeeping team and seeking an experienced, passionate Housekeeping Manager to join our opening team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key leadership role in launching a premier hotel, building and developing an exceptional housekeeping team, and establishing the high standards of service and cleanliness our guests will remember.

Schedule: Flexible schedule with availability to work AM, Mid, and PM shifts based on business levels and operational needs.

Salary: Salaried position with a competitive base salary.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations: Manage cleanliness, service, and product quality standards in guest rooms, public spaces, restrooms, offices, and meeting areas
• Ensure room readiness: Coordinate housekeeping efforts to ensure rooms are cleaned and available for guests promptly and efficiently
• Manage departmental processes: Oversee systems usage, cost controls, budgeting, forecasting, and policy enforcement to drive efficiency and profitability
• Conduct inspections: Oversee and perform room and public area inspections to maintain high-quality standards and compliance
• Inspire and develop the team: Supervise and support team members, monitor performance, provide coaching, and foster a positive and productive work environment
