What will I be doing?

As a Housekeeping Manager, you will be responsible for managing daily housekeeping operations to deliver outstanding guest service and ensure financial profitability. Your tasks will include:

• Managing daily housekeeping operations, including maintaining cleanliness, service, and quality standards of guest rooms, public spaces, restrooms, offices, and banquet/meeting/conference rooms.
• Ensuring rooms are cleaned and available to guests promptly and efficiently.
• Overseeing systems use, cost controls, budgeting, forecasting, and policy enforcement.
• Monitoring and developing team member performance through supervision, counseling, evaluations, and recognition.
• Conducting room inspections.
• Recruiting, interviewing, and training team members.

The salary for this role is $63,860, based on experience and location.

• Computer literacy (Required)
