What will I be doing?

As a Housekeeping Manager, you will be responsible for managing daily housekeeping operations to deliver outstanding guest service and ensure financial profitability. Your responsibilities include:

• Managing daily operations to maintain cleanliness, service, and quality standards of guest rooms, public spaces, restrooms, offices, and banquet/meeting/conference rooms.
• Ensuring rooms are cleaned and available to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
• Overseeing systems use and management, cost controls, budgeting, forecasting, policy implementation, and departmental management.
• Monitoring and developing team member performance through supervision, counseling, evaluations, and recognition.
• Conducting room inspections.
• Recruiting, interviewing, and training team members.

The salary for this role is $63,860, based on experience and location.

What are we looking for?

• At least 2 years in a leadership role within Front Desk or Housekeeping (Required)
• Computer literacy (Required)
• Bilingual in Spanish or Mandarin (Preferred)
• Union hotel experience (Preferred)
• Experience with OnQ or Amadeus systems (Preferred)
