ROI Hospitality Development is seeking a Housekeeping Manager to lead the housekeeping department at our Fargo-area hotel. The role focuses on maintaining clean, well-kept facilities and supervising staff to meet quality standards.

You will oversee inventory, coordinate with front office and maintenance, and ensure safety compliance while driving guest satisfaction and operational excellence. This position requires leadership, organizational skills, and a commitment to high cleanliness standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality degree preferred.
• Minimum 2–3 years of supervisory experience in housekeeping.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train housekeeping staff, including scheduling and performance evaluations.
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to standards.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment and control budget for the department.
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed and staff are trained in safe cleaning practices.
