The Housekeeping Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the housekeeping department to ensure all guest rooms, public areas, and back‑of‑house spaces consistently meet the hotel’s cleanliness, safety, and brand standards. This role manages housekeeping staff, coordinates daily operations, monitors inventory and expenses, and supports service delivery in collaboration with other departments to ensure an exceptional guest experience. This position operates in a fast‑paced hotel environment requiring active presence throughout the property, including guest floors, public spaces, and service areas. The role involves frequent interaction with housekeeping staff, front office, and maintenance teams to ensure timely room readiness and operational efficiency. A flexible schedule is required, including weekends and holidays as needed. Success in this role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and service in a dynamic hospitality environment.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
Experience: 3–5+ years of housekeeping experience required, including supervisory or management experience in a hotel or resort environment.
Travel required: No travel required; position is fully property‑based.
