Responsibilities:The Assistant Director of Housekeeping works with the Executive Housekeeper to supervise housekeeping and laundry operations, ensuring that product quality standards are met and that optimal service is provided to our guests, in line with property objectives. In addition to inspecting rooms and training room attendants, this position will perform cleaning duties in all areas of the hotel. Will need to have administrative experience, including ordering, inventory, and scheduling. The Assistant Director of Housekeeping is responsible for delivering clean rooms that are ready for occupancy, meeting the brand’s time, product, and placement standards.

Requirements:

• 2+ years prior supervisory experience in a hotel environment
• Brand experience is preferred
• Flexible work schedule, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a diverse TEAM.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with staff, guests, and other departments.
• A positive attitude that makes everyone feel welcome.

Compensation
