Position Overview

Leading our housekeeping team, you'll orchestrate a symphony of cleanliness, setting the stage for memorable guest experiences and elevating our establishment's reputation for excellence.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the housekeeping staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management, to ensure efficient and effective operations.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the property, conducting inspections and implementing procedures to uphold cleanliness standards.
• Manage housekeeping supplies and equipment, including ordering, stocking, and inventory control, to ensure adequate supplies for daily operations.
• Address guest concerns or complaints related to housekeeping services promptly and professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction and resolving issues promptly.
• Develop and manage the housekeeping department budget, monitoring expenses, labor costs, and purchasing to optimize efficiency and meet financial goals.
• The starting range for this position is $72,000. This is the pay rate for this position that Stanly Ranch reasonably expects to pay.

• Several years of experience in housekeeping roles, with progressively increasing responsibilities, demonstrating expertise in cleaning procedures, staff supervision, and quality control.
