Job summary

The Scarlet, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel in Lincoln, NE, seeks a proactive Housekeeping Manager to oversee daily operations of the housekeeping team, ensuring pristine guest rooms and public areas. Lead, train and motivate staff to uphold service standards in a vibrant, high-energy environment.

You will coordinate with other departments, respond to guest requests, and drive continuous improvement in cleanliness and guest satisfaction across the property.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively with the public and Team Members.
• 2 years prior housekeeping experience.
• Read, write and speak English fluently.
• The ability to communicate in Spanish is helpful.
• Knowledge of scheduling, and productivity.
• High school math level required.
