Mansions Senior Living in Alpharetta, GA is looking for a Housekeeper / Maintenance Support to help keep resident apartments, common areas, and offices clean, safe, and welcoming while delivering exceptional resident service.

The role blends housekeeping with light maintenance, requires professionalism and compassion, and offers full-time hours, benefits, and opportunities to support multiple community spaces.

Qualifications

• Housekeeping or maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Willingness to travel to other Mansions communities when needed.

Responsabilités

• Maintain resident apartments, common areas, offices, and community spaces.
• Respond to basic maintenance needs and work orders when assigned.
• Perform routine inspections and report maintenance concerns.
• Assist with apartment turnover and make-ready activities.
• Assist with grounds and exterior upkeep.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in resident areas.
