Job summary

Royal Palm South Beach Miami, a Tribute Portfolio Resort, is seeking a Housekeeping Lobby Attendant to uphold top-tier lobby cleanliness and guest service. You will maintain public areas, respond to guest requests, and support the housekeeping team in a luxury, fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate communicates well, pays attention to detail, and can multitask across lobby-related tasks and guest interactions, with shifts including weekends and holidays.

• Respond to guest requests and inquiries while in the lobby and provide exceptional service.
• Assist in restocking supplies and support housekeeping operations as needed.

Overview

Join our team as a Housekeeping Lobby Attendant and help us maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and appearance in our luxurious hotel! As a Housekeeping Lobby Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and appearance of the lobby area, keeping all public areas neat, vacuumed and dusted. In addition, you will makes sure mirrors, furniture, floors, ashtrays, elevators and doors are clean and mark-free, remove all trash from areas, restock supplies, and respond to guest requests and inquiries while in the lobby. The ideal candidate will have a friendly and outgoing personality, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
