Loge Crystal Slopeside in Enumclaw, Washington is seeking a Housekeeping Lead (Seasonal) for Crystal Mountain Hotel. You will supervise room attendants, inspect rooms, and ensure cleanliness and safety standards while supporting nightly and weekend operations.

This role requires strong leadership, clear communication, and the ability to train staff, manage supplies, and coordinate with maintenance. Hours include nights, weekends, and holidays; competitive hourly compensation and benefits apply.

Qualificações

• Housekeeping leadership experience preferred.
• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Inspects all assigned rooms and public areas for cleanliness and repairs.
• Provides feedback to room attendants to improve efficiency and quality.
• Ensures associates have supplies, equipment, and PPE.
• Trains staff on safety standards and enforces them.
• Completes accident investigations and prevents recurrences.
• Performs housekeeping duties including beds, vacuuming, cleaning.
• Updates room status and handles shift openings/closings.
• Notifies maintenance of needed repairs.
• Monitors overall hotel cleanliness including entrances.
• Carries out other duties as assigned.

Job Description

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Inspects all assigned rooms and public areas to ensure furnishings, equipment, linens, etc. are clean and in good repair
• Provides efficient and objective feedback to room attendants to drive efficiency and quality within the housekeeping department
• Ensure that all associates have proper supplies, equipment and uniform including nametag and designated PPE
• Trains associates on safety standards and enforce those standards on a consistent basis. Identifies associates engaging in unsafe behaviors and retrain them appropriately.
• Completes accident investigations and take steps to prevent future accidents
• Performs all housekeeping duties necessary, including making beds, vacuuming and cleaning
• Verifies and updates status of discrepant rooms throughout the shift
• Perform opening and closing shift duties
• Notifies maintenance department of maintenance repairs necessary
• Monitor cleanliness of hotel including parking lot and exterior entrances
• Other duties as assigned

SKILLS NEEDED

• Ability to exceed expectations of guests and team members
