Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a seasonal Housekeeping Lead for Loge Crystal Slopeside at Crystal Mountain Hotel in Enumclaw, WA. The role oversees room attendants, inspects rooms and public areas, and ensures cleanliness and safety standards while supporting a fast-paced housekeeping team.

Qualifications

• Housekeeping leadership experience preferred.
• High School Diploma/GED.
• Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Inspects all assigned rooms and public areas to ensure furnishings, equipment, linens, etc. are clean and in good repair.
• Provides feedback to room attendants to drive efficiency and quality within housekeeping.
• Ensure associates have proper supplies, equipment and uniform including nametag and designated PPE.
• Trains associates on safety standards and enforces those standards.
• Completes accident investigations and takes steps to prevent future accidents.
• Performs housekeeping duties including making beds, vacuuming and cleaning.
• Verifies and updates status of discrepant rooms throughout the shift.
• Performs opening and closing shift duties.
• Notifies maintenance of necessary repairs.
• Monitors cleanliness of hotel including parking lot and exterior entrances.

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Inspects all assigned rooms and public areas to ensure furnishings, equipment, linens, etc. are clean and in good repair
• Provides efficient and objective feedback to room attendants to drive efficiency and quality within the housekeeping department
• Ensure that all associates have proper supplies, equipment and uniform including nametag and designated PPE
• Trains associates on safety standards and enforce those standards on a consistent basis. Identifies associates engaging in unsafe behaviors and retrain them appropriately.
• Completes accident investigations and take steps to prevent future accidents
• Performs all housekeeping duties necessary, including making beds, vacuuming and cleaning
• Verifies and updates status of discrepant rooms throughout the shift
• Perform opening and closing shift duties
• Notifies maintenance department of maintenance repairs necessary
• Monitor cleanliness of hotel including parking lot and exterior entrances
• Other duties as assigned
