Job summary

Crothall Healthcare, located at 4400 Carlisle Pike, Camp Hill, PA 17011, is hiring immediately for a full-time Housekeeper Lead at the UPMC Pinnacle Ambulatory site. The shift runs Monday through Friday, 5:00 pm – 1:30 am, with a fixed pay rate of $16.00 per hour.

Prior housekeeping experience preferred, and training opportunities are available. The role focuses on supervising, training, and inspecting housekeeping staff to ensure all procedures meet unit standards and guest expectations.

• Prior housekeeping experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises, trains and inspects the performance of assigned housekeeping staff to ensure standards are met.
• Assists where necessary to ensure optimum service to guests.
• Coordinates staff and assigns shifts and tasks.
• Maintains security of keys and proper equipment usage.
