Qualifications

• Supervises, trains and inspects the performance of assigned housekeeping staff to ensure unit standards are met.
• Previous housekeeping leadership experience is preferred but not required.
• Full-time schedule 2:30 pm to 11:30 pm; rotating weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provides quality service to guests with attentive, one-on-one care.
• Ensures staff report to work and clock in correctly; documents lateness or absences.
• Resolves guest complaints to maintain satisfaction.
• Documents call-offs and arranges shift replacements.
• Coordinates staff breaks and distributes assignment sheets.
• Maintains keys, radios and beepers with proper security.
• Inspects cleaning supplies and equipment for condition and safety.
• Trains staff as assigned and maintains high cleanliness standards.
• Contributes to a professional team and supports guests and colleagues.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
