This position is a direct report to the department supervisor or on-site Hotel Manager.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Work takes place throughout the hotel, including guest rooms, public spaces, and housekeeping storage areas. The role requires frequent interaction with staff and coordination with other departments to maintain the hotel's service and presentation standards.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

This position requires prolonged standing and walking, frequent bending, reaching, kneeling, and pushing housekeeping carts. The ability to lift and carry linens, cleaning supplies, and equipment is required.

EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK

The hotel operates 24/7, so scheduling will be based on shifts to accommodate occupancy needs, which may vary by season.
