The Housekeeping Lead is responsible for supporting the Housekeeping Supervisor and ensuring smooth daily operations. This role includes overseeing housekeeping employees in the Supervisor’s absence, providing direction, assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and ensuring all team members follow established cleaning procedures and safety standards. The Lead will act as the primary point of contact for staff during shifts when supervisory leadership is unavailable, helping resolve issues, maintaining workflow, and ensuring all guest and departmental needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
